Symptoms
When trying to install Oracle Goldengate Big Data on a Redhat Linux server using the silent install and a response file, the installer fails with the error pasted below. Customer tried Openjdk as well as the Oracle JDK 1.8, and have set the LD_LIBRARY_PATH appropriately. Able to CD to the directory in LD_LIBRARY_PATH, and verified the libjvm.so exists.
Error message:
$ ./runInstaller -silent -nowait -responseFile /opt/gg/install/ggs_Linux_x64_BigData_services_shiphome/Disk1/response/gg_bd_FXF.rsp
