Symptoms

 -- Customer observed DB instance termination with below error :
        ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kgxRelease()+192] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x1174A78F8] [PC:0x117B67840] [Application data integrity disrupting] 

 -- Issue is on 19C
 -- Call stack includes some of below functions although they are not a 100% match

  kggchk []  ksl_cleanup_int [VOS]
  ksl_cleanup [VOS]
  ksuxfl_latch_cleanup_int [ksu]
  ksuxdl [ksu]
  ksuxfl_latch_cleanup [ksu]
  ksuxfl [ksu]
  ksucln_dpc_main [ksu]
  ksucln_slave_main [ksu]
  ksbdispatch [background_proc]

-- CLMN also crashes bringing the instance down
