Symptoms
Distribution Service cannot find trail file when extract uses a trail sub directory.
Therefore when creating a DS path which points to an extract that uses a sub directory to store the trail file, the DS will start however it does not seem to find the trail files.
Changes
Create extract with trail subdirectory
