Usage of same ACL for 2 users-- Say USER1 and USER2

Below is Eg of ACL for USER1 for an IP and port Eg: IP- "x.x.x.186", port -XXX.

Now, If USER2 also needs the same ACL.

If you use same description as above with principal => 'USER2'. It will not work
