OUI Hanging at "INFO: Validating specified location..." During GI Installation (Doc ID 2883569.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to install Grid Infrastructure on planned cluster with two nodes,
the following error occurs.

Problem

Installation OUI is hanging with "INFO: Validating specified location... "


STEPS
-----------------------
When select only the first node, it does not hang.
But when select all nodes to be in the node list then OUI is hanging there.
