3rd Party Nessus Securty Tool Pulling Incorrect Listener Version 0.0.0.0 after Database Upgrade

Symptoms
Customer upgraded to Oracle 19.15.0.0.220419 Aril 2022 PSU.
After that the 3rd Party Nessus Security Tool was reporting that the Listener version was 0.0.0.0.
Nessus security team detected oracle listener: TNSLSNR for : version 0.0.0.0.0
Installed version : 0.0.0.0.0
Supported versions: 12.1.0.2 / 12.2.0.2 / 18c / 19c
When customer checks the "LSNRCTL version" it shows the correct version.
