Symptoms

On two nodes Real Application Cluster environment, database instance 1 crashed with following error:

 

Changes

The issue happened around the time when the hardware vendor was replacing batteries for disk cache of the storage device.
The replacement of battery modules were from 2022-06-14 09:58 to 2022-06-14 10:14.
