Symptoms

datapatch fails for PDB with Error:

Error in bootstrap log /app/FABISAT/oracle/cfgtoollogs/sqlpatch/sqlpatch_3256_2022_06_22_14_14_01/bootstrap1_ORCLDB_ORCLPDB.log:
-> Error at line 8: script sqlpatch_bootstrap.sql
- ORA-06554: package DBMS_STANDARD must be created before using PL/SQL
-> Error at line 19: script sqlpatch_bootstrap.sql
- ORA-06554: package DBMS_STANDARD must be created before using PL/SQL
-> Error at line 29: script sqlpatch_bootstrap.sql
- SP2-1506: START, @ or @@ command has no arguments
-> Error at line 33: script sqlpatch_bootstrap.sql
- ORA-06554: package DBMS_STANDARD must be created before using PL/SQL
