DB2 Extract Abended With Error OGG-30071 Call to GET_SYSTEM_INFO produced unrecoverable error without a message. (Doc ID 2886765.1)

Symptoms

User has GoldenGate 19c version running on DB2/linux, which extracts data from db2 database from mainframe via stored procedure.

Linux, x64, 64bit (optimized), IBM DB2 z/OS on Sep 22 2021 13:54:32
Operating system character set identified as UTF-8.


GG connects to <site 1> db2 subsystem as primary and failover to <site2> when <site 1> is not available during DR/maintenance activity.
Usual DR activity is, when GG is running on <site 1>, <site 1> is brought down and GG fails over to <site2> and vice versa.

In a DR activity, both <site 1> & <site2> were brought down , and later <site 1> was brought up.
But even after <site 1> is up, GG extract is abending with the below error :
