Real Application Cluster, data files are residing on ZFS.
Instance is terminated by LMHB:

Session history dump shows that both
DBWriter processes staying at wait event 'db file parallel write' for more than 7 minutes,
and on which wait event there was no change on p1,p2,p3 (requests, interrupt, timeout ) during the time.
