[RAC] : Root.sh or Postpatch Failed To Load ACFSDriver 'ACFS-9428: Failed to load ADVM/ACFS drivers' (Doc ID 2887279.1)

Applying 19.16 Release Update (RU) via manual patching method.

While executing Post patch step, script got failed with below message:

# /u01/app/19c/gridhome_1/crs/install/rootcrs.sh -postpatch

Note that 'ACFS-9428: Failed to load ADVM/ACFS drivers. A system reboot is recommended.' message appears at time of root.sh also
