Extract for PostgreSQL abends with below errors:

2022-07-18T04:42:43.320+0000 ERROR OGG-30069 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for PostgreSQL, ext.prm: Partial metadata for column id, column ordinal position 0 is not available for table public.<tab_name>.

2022-07-18T04:42:43.320+0000 ERROR OGG-00145 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for PostgreSQL, ext.prm: Call to VAMRead returned with error status 16002.
