DBA_JOBS Running With SYS After 19c Upgrade (Doc ID 2888255.1)

Symptoms

After an import, the log_user of the job is changed to the user running the import instead of the job_owner.

Example:
Before export (on 12c):
------------------------------------------------------------------
select job, log_user, priv_user, schema_user from dba_jobs;

JOB LOG_USER PRIV_USER SCHEMA_USER
---------- -------------------- -------------------- --------------
1 TEST_USER2 TEST_USER2 TEST_USER2
------------------------------------------------------------------

After import using SYS USER (on 19c):
------------------------------------------------------------------
select job, log_user, priv_user, schema_user from dba_jobs;

JOB LOG_USER PRIV_USER SCHEMA_USER
---------- -------------------- -------------------- --------------
1 SYS TEST_USER2 TEST_USER2
------------------------------------------------------------------
