Goal

This document shows how to fix the issue seen while executing "odacli create-prepatchreport --dbhome --dbhomeid <dbhome_id> -v 19.12.0.0.0" it fails with the following error:

Internal error encountered: Internal error encountered: PRGO-1693 : The database patching cannot be completed in a rolling manner because the target patched home at "/u01/app/odaorahome/oracle/product/12.2.0.1/dbhome_2" contains non-rolling bug fixes "32327201,31335037,32876409" compared to the source home at "/u01/app/oracle/product/12.2.0.1/dbhome_1"
