Symptoms

Why the new OGGBD replicat failed with

INFO OGG-15052 Using Java class path: ggjava/ggjava.jar:ggjava/lib/logback-core-1.2.3.jar:config/logback.xml:ggjava/lib/logback-classic-1.2
.3.jar:ggjava/resources/lib/optional/logback/logback-classic.jar:ggjava/resources/lib/optional/logback/logback-core.jar.
Error occurred during initialization of VM
java/lang/NoClassDefFoundError: java/lang/Object

The OGG 12.2.x was working all fine and the issue started after moving to OGGBD 19.x
