Symptoms

ORA-1467: SORT KEY TOO LONG AFTER UPGRADE TO 19c
in a 19.10 database, an error occurs when a query is executed on a table.
in a 12.2 database, the same table can be requested with the same query
without any error.
The error is :
ORA-01467: sort key too long
