Symptoms
Table is added to the Skip Table by SQL Apply automatically
Changes
Table is getting skipped at the Logical Standby after Materialized View (MV) was created on the Table
Also the view DBA_LOGSTDBY_SKIP can be used to check that an entry is made for the Base Table on which MV was created
