Goal

The purpose of this document is to describe steps to clean clusterware (GI) environment where deinstall fails to work or cannot complete.

Note: The procedure in the document is an example that applies to Linux 8. And It should apply to Linux 7 as well.
For other versions that do not use Linux 'systemd' please take care the relevant commands to be used.
