Symptoms

Problem Summary

Multiple ADG-s tied to the same primary got hung after switch over operation.
- switchover [part of patching efforts]
- new primary was ok after switchover
- DR to the primary (old primary basically) which is standby read only, but
NOT queried by anyone was fine
- extra ADG standby instances exist in 3 data centers. These instances are
open for queries all the time
- all the ADG-s standby-s got hung after the switchover.
