Symptoms

- GoldenGate MicroServices Targets (extracts/replicats) Not Discovered In OEM Console

- Running "Discover Now" does find GoldenGate MicroService Service Manager, Admin Service, etc

- However, there are no extracts/replicats discovered under Administration Service and offered for promotion.
