Last updated on DECEMBER 19, 2022

Applies to:

MySQL Server - Version 8.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

MySQL Router performs metadata retrieval every 0.5 seconds by default and that will generate audit records of 500 KB to 1 MB in size per second (the file can exceed 100 GB in size in a few days).
