Symptoms
Grid Infrastructure patching performed referring the steps from Doc ID 2635015.1. During the time, observed that some of the listeners running from rdbms home restarts
As per Documentation (https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/19/cwlin/about-zero-downtime-gi-patching.html#GUID-253CF841-DAAD-4B13-A1F2-6F83EF3FDE47),
"The database listeners that are running from the Oracle Database homes are not affected, however, the listeners that are running from the Oracle Grid Infrastructure home restart while patching Oracle Grid Infrastructure."
For example, patching from 19.12 to 19.13 in an environment having listener running from 12c home (LISTENER2 and LISTENER3)
