Running dbms_tts.transport_set_check, we get ORA-39919 errors for IOT overflow tables:

ORA-39919: Object  <SCHEMA_OWNER>.SYS_IOT_OVER_% in tablespace <TABLESPACE_NAME> not contained within transportable set.
