After upgrading OGG from OGG BD 19.1.0.0.220118 to OGG BD 21.6.0.0.2, we are observing that a part of message with header info is missing

Symptoms

OGGBD 21.6 delivery does not include all required column details

Changes

Upgraded from OGG BD 19.1.x to OGG BD 21.6
