Symptoms
RMAN backup channel disabled with below error in RMAN output log
RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on ORA_SBT_TAPE_3 channel at 08/25/2019 01:05:35
ORA-19509: failed to delete sequential file, handle="<handle name>", parms="ENV=(NSR_SERVER=<NSR SERVER>,NSR_DATA_VOLUME_POOL=<Volume>)"
ORA-27027: sbtremove2 returned error
ORA-19511: non RMAN, but media manager or vendor specific failure, error text:
RPC send operation failed; peer = <IP Address>:<port>, errno = Connection reset by peer (2:2:104)
ORA-27192: skgfcls: sbtclose2 returned erro
channel ORA_SBT_TAPE_3 disabled, job failed on it will be run on another channel
