Goal
When creating a database instance and the progress bar stops during the creation, check the DBCA log.
The DBCA log should be in /$ORACLE_BASE/cfgtoollogs/dbca.
How to resolve the problem when DBCA log shows a below error.
PRVF-07562: Sufficient available memory is not available on node "{0}" [Required available memory = {1}]
