Errors ORA-20110 and ORA-06512 While Installing SQLT on PDB (Doc ID 2898077.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to install SQLT in a multitenant database fails with ORA-20103 if a connect identifier is not entered at the prompt.   The prompt is misleading because its labled "Optional Connect Identifier (ie: @PROD):" but its actually required when installing into a PDB.
