ORA-65011 Error In EBS Environment While Running DBMS_SQLTUNE.CREATE_TUNING_TASK FROM OEM 13.5 (Doc ID 2899231.1)

RDBMS version is 19c and Its a EBS environment. Running DBMS_SQLTUNE.CREATE_TUNING_TASK from OEM 13.5 is not working as expected.

Below is a simple test case which explains the issue.

From OEM agent 13.3, DBMS_SQLTUNE.CREATE_TUNING_TASK was working fine with all the versions (11g, 12c and 19c).

But, the issue has started only after the OEM agent upgraded to 13.5.

Changes made from OEM agent perspective is its upgraded from EM 13.3 to 13.5.
