CLSRSC-177: Failed to add (property/value):('SOFTWAREPATCH'/'') for checkpoint 'ROOTCRS_PREPATCH' (error code 0)

CLSRSC-180: An error occurred while executing the command '/u01/app/19.0.0/grid/bin/cluutil -ckpt -oraclebase /u01/app/oracle -writeckpt -name ROOTCRS_PREPATCH -pname SOFTWAREPATCH -pvalue '

CLSRSC-430: Failed to start rolling patch mode

 

The above messages appear while executing the command  "#/u01/app/19.0.0/grid/crs/install/rootcrs.sh -prepatch" and the prepatch fails.
