Symptoms

 

SSL_VERSION is set to 1.2 in listener.ora and sqlnet.ora.

But EM Express https port 5500 or 5502 still allow communication over TLS1.0,TLS1.1 and TLS1.2.

Checked connection to EM Express port with openssl commands and connection is still allowed with all 3 protocols
