Symptoms

NOTE: This is not for an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) install

When attempting to run gridSetup.sh [FATAL] [INS-10111] is thrown.

Upon checking the install log gridSetupActions<timestamp>.log the following error details are seen:

This is most typically seen in cloning, but can occur in new installs.
