Symptoms

Added new connection to SQLServer/Azure using Veridata Agent 12.2.1.4.220831

When trying manual mappings -> click "browse" a "pop up" 

OGGV-00122: Error Message from Target Agent: (IPC code = 101): OGGV-60013:
Unhandled exception 'java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException': begin 72,
end 58, length 138

error is thrown.
