The ASM Failure Group Configuration Is Not As Recommended (Doc ID 2900274.1)

Symptoms

Node 1 and Node 2 have the same configuration (Per Doc ID 1351036.1, they are configured properly and identically between the nodes, yet Exachk PASSES on node 1 and FAILS on node 2).

In addition, notice that on node 1, exachk is reporting that "This is: ERHD environment.", but on node 2, exachk is reporting "This is: HD environment."

In addition, notice the following error reported on node 2: "cat: /opt/oracle.SupportTools/onecommand/databasemachine.xml: Permission denied"
