AVDF 20.7: How to remove/drop a target from AVS after the Agent is removed (Doc ID 2901437.1)

Goal

When a target Database / host is no longer required in Audit Vault and the target Agent is removed, the question is how can the host be removed / dropped from Audit Vault.

Audit Vault shows this host target as "unreachable" and so it cannot be managed:
OAV-46572: Agent is UNREACHABLE on host
