[ERROR] [MY-011660] [Repl] Plugin group_replication reported: 'Unable to start Group Replication on boot' After MySQL Backup Restoration From Group Replication (Doc ID 2901973.1)

Symptoms

On : MySQL Server 8.0 version,

Restored a backup on a DEV server successfully from a Group Replication Cluster. The DEV server is showing MySQL Group Replication errors, but it does not have InnoDB Cluster or GR installed. It's just a Standalone Server.

MySQL Server failed to start after Backup Restoration from Group Replication.
