SQLT Install Is Not Creating Role SQLT_USER_ROLE In Either CDB/PDB (Doc ID 2902113.1)

Symptoms


You are having issue running SQLT. You tried with user SYSADM  and as SYS.  When you try to run the sqlxtract its throwing an error.

ORA-20110: User "SYS" lacks required "SQLT_USER_ROLE" role or SQLT is not properly installed.
Review installation NN_*.log files.
