Start a database resource fails with ORA-1017 after changing Oracle Fail Safe Server account from Set Credentials tool.

Oracle Fail Safe    1    (5)    "FS-10318: Oracle Fail Safe failed to online resource <Database>
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist

ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

Changes

Change Oracle Fail Safe Server account from Set Credentials tool.
