On : 8.0 version, Server Crash

Instance crash with Assertion failure after mysql upgrade

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start with 8.0.28 version or less
2. Upgrade to 8.0.30 (or 8.0.29) version
3. Run some DDL changes
