GoldenGate Microservices : Health Deployment turns FAILED when Stopping Distribution Path (critical = YES)

Symptoms
Issue happens after applying the 19.1.0.0.220419 patch 34008825 (Oracle GoldenGate 19.1.0.0.220419 Microservices for Oracle 19c).
Service is xagEnabled.
After doing a CONTROLLED stop of 1 distribution Path , the whole agctl goldengate service "xag.gg_ma_octg.goldengate" is restarted ,i.e, restarts the whole GGMA :
Login to adminclient and execute :
GG (https://localhost.localdomain:9100 ocdi_deployment) 6> stop distpath <distname>
2022-09-12T02:13:17Z INFO OGG-08514 The path '<distname>' has been stopped.
