BDA X7-2/X8-2 Server Can Not Boot into the OS - From Rescue Mode, efibootmgr is missing "Oracle Big Data Appliance 4" Entry (Doc ID 2905574.1)

It is not possible to boot a BDA X7-2 or X8-2 server normally.

The examples here are from the issue on BDA X7-2/OL6. The output can vary but the general flow is the same.

1. Manually booting into any of the OS kernel options from ILOM GUI or ILOM Console grub menu fails with "Error 15: File not found".

For example manually selecting any one of the 4 OS kernel options like below:
