How to Deinstall/Reinstall Workspace Manager in a Multitenant Database (Doc ID 2905655.1)

Symptoms

On a 12.2.0.1.0 CDB database

The Root container has no invalid objects and dba_registry lists the following:

CATALOG VALID
CATPROC VALID
RAC VALID
XDB VALID
OWM VALID
CONTEXT VALID
SPO VALID

However the PDBs have the following Invalid objects

WMSYS.LTUTIL PACKAGE BODY INVALID
WMSYS.LT_EXPORT_PKG PACKAGE BODY INVALID
WMSYS.LT PACKAGE BODY INVALID
WMSYS.VALIDATE_OWM PROCEDURE INVALID
WMSYS.VALIDATE _PWM PROCEDURE INVALID

and Workspace Manager is not being used on this database.
