Symptoms

DB2 zOS Update through ODP4DRDA is failing on the commit with 00DD30109 DB2 Reason Code. The following is the explanation of the 00DD30109 DB2 Reason Code.
 
00D30109 Explanation
Phase 1 of a distributed commit failed. One or more remote servers did one of the following actions:
o Voted NO
o Voted heuristic mixed
o Experienced a communications error
o Made an error in their use of commit protocol
