Symptoms
On : ODA 19.16
When customer logon web console, then try to create network, but the page does not display contents.
from the GUI:
Appliance -> Network -> Create Network -> the page show nothing.
Browser Developer tool show there is an uncaught error:

Customer is using new ODA 19.16 on HW X9-2.
