How to remove OLAP API and APS components from PDB$SEED. (Doc ID 2908573.1)

Symptoms

OLAP is not used in the database and when you notice below mismatch errors in pdb_plugin_violation output.

PDB$SEED|Database option XOQ mismatch: PDB installed version 12.1.0.2.0. CDB installed version NULL.
PDB$SEED|Database option APS mismatch: PDB installed version 12.1.0.2.0. CDB installed version NULL.
