OGG V21.x Mysql Extract Identifying The Primary Key Columns Incorrectly (Doc ID 2908889.1)

Last updated on JULY 20, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle GoldenGate - Version 21.1.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Migrated the version of Oracle Goldengate from 19.1.0.0.x to
21.3.0.0.0 to use it with mysql databases. In the last version (19.x) the key
columns were identified correctly but in the new version it doesn't (version
21.x ).

If the primary keys in the table are defined in a different order than columns in the table, the primary keys are not set correctly by Extract.

Changes

The issue happens with all 21.x releases lower than 21.8.0.0.0
