ServiceManager Does Not Respond When Deployment Name Has Special Characters (Doc ID 2909682.1)

Symptoms

We configured GoldenGate MA (Microservices Architecture).

When deployment name includes period("."), deploy succeeds.
But ServiceManager does not respond when we try to change the status
of Administration Server.

Operation is as follows.

 1. login Service Manager
 2. Confirm "Action" column for Administration Server
 3. Click "Action" button for Administration Server
  ==> this should popup "Stop" link but it does not respond
