Symptoms
The Top wait for PR00 and PR01 are on 'Recovery Read' and Top wait on Standby will also show "Recovery Read" as the Top wait on the Apply instance.
Alert log shows it starts taking more time to apply the logs and will go from seconds to minutes for each log to apply:
