Goal
When adding column to the table or dropping the table, rename the table, get ORA-4063 :
ORA-04063: table "<OWNER>.<TABLE_NAME>" has errors
- SELECT, DMLs for the table work fine.
- The DBA_OBJECTS.STATUS is "VALID"
- export of the table works fine
