Symptoms
After upgrading from 11g to 19c, excessive PGA is consumed by executing PL/SQL procedure via JDBC, and cause ORA-4030/ORA-4036.
The PL/SQL procedure uses TYPE object to pass data in the argument.
We can see huge "kol vstring" from trace files :
