Symptoms
SQL having WITH function start failing with ORA-00904 after installing CPU APR-2021 on 12.1 DB Home Linux x64.
It was working fine in 12.1.0.2.
Same SQL statement works after removing all WITH functions.
NOTE: Sample code is provided just for demonstration purpose only.
